Job posts are unlisted by default on the forum

In the job postings category on the forum, posts are by default "unlisted, it will not be displayed in topic lists, and can only be accessed via a direct link" – until someone replies to it.

This seems a bit counter-intuitive. As in:

• If a post has no replies yet, it would be good to also feature it on the forum
• Since as soon as there’s a reply it also gets shown on the forum, there’s a likelihood more people will see/comment it, then suddenly creating more "competition"

Better could be to just always make them listed when posting, just spreading more awareness of the jobs. :)

Agreed, this is a good answer. If we suddenly become a very busy discourse, then we can deal with that problem at that point.

It might be in the heroku settings or possible the bot settings that connects the PR to the discourse? unsure but worth looking for 'discourse' in both
