Issue: When a member canceled their initial subscription prior to their ID check, their account will go into a pending cancellation state, then fully cancel after a month. During that time, the member does not receive their initial payment back which can cause disputes and cost the organization money.
Feature Request:
- Try to refund the order if they've never had an ID check (will have to figure out group subscriptions here since they can be paused and the main user can not have their ID checked but child accounts could have)
- Slack message the treasurer that it happened or failed
- Put the subscription in a full canceled state post order refund.
