Script to download watchers

We could add a script that downloads watchers and add them to path automatically on first run. Have a dialog pop up and the user confirms, which watchers they'd like to install. With a brief description of what each watcher does.

Or just bundle the window and afk watchers as part of the distribution process?

I think bundling them as part of distribution is easier and more reliable/easier to test/debug, but it's an interesting idea!

I'm a bit split on this. On one hand it could enable easy "plug and play" installation of new watchers, but I think it's a power-feature and might introduce a lot of security risk. Might not even be possible on e.g. macOS given security restrictions and application signing etc (unless we configure the watchers to run in e.g. launchd?).
